Pricing & Order Policy

Live pricing. Product prices on this site are tied to the live precious-metals market and update frequently throughout the day. The price you see can change from one visit to the next.

Price lock. The price is locked at the moment you complete checkout and your order is confirmed. Once locked, your price will not change even if the market moves before your order ships.

Payment must clear. Your locked price is held on the condition that your payment is received and clears promptly per the method selected at checkout. If payment is not completed or is reversed, the order may be cancelled and any resulting market loss may apply.

Pricing errors. Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be mispriced due to a technical or data error. If an item's correct price is higher than the listed price, we will contact you before shipping to offer the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling the order. We are not obligated to sell at an erroneous price.

Availability. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.
