Shipping Policy

At Bullion Gold Sea, every order is treated as a high-value shipment and handled accordingly.

Processing time. Orders are processed once payment has fully cleared. Because precious metals payments are verified for security, please allow [e.g., 1–3 business days] for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Fully insured. Every package is shipped fully insured for its complete value at no extra cost to you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you are covered — see "Lost or damaged shipments" below.

Discreet packaging. Your order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of its contents. Nothing on the outside identifies the package as precious metals.

Signature required. All shipments require an adult signature on delivery. This protects you: packages are not left unattended. Please ship to an address where someone can sign during delivery hours.

Carrier and tracking. We ship via [USPS Registered / UPS / FedEx — specify]. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Typical transit time is 3–7 business days within the United States.

Where we ship. We currently ship to [the United States only ]. We do not ship to [PO boxes / freight forwarders ].

Risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. Because every shipment is fully insured by us, a lost or damaged package is handled through our insurance claim process below — you are protected throughout.

Lost or damaged shipments. If tracking shows a problem, or your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at support@bulliongoldsea.com. Do not discard packaging. We will open an insurance claim and, once resolved, replace your items or refund you in full. Please retain all packaging and documentation until the claim is complete.

Delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or events outside our control, but we will help you track and resolve any issue.
