Returns & Refund Policy

Please read carefully — precious metals returns work differently from ordinary retail.

Precious metals prices move constantly with the live market ("spot price"). Because of this, all sales are considered final once your price is locked at checkout, subject to the limited exceptions below. This is standard across the bullion industry and protects both you and us from market swings.

Order accuracy, damage, and defects. If we shipped the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged or not as described, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within [e.g., 3 business days] of delivery at [support email] with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Buyer's-remorse returns (market-loss policy). If you wish to return an unopened, un-damaged item for any other reason, you must contact us within [3 business days] of delivery to request a Return Authorization. Approved returns are subject to a market-loss adjustment: if the current market price of the metal is below the price you paid, the difference (the "market loss") plus a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If the market price is at or above your purchase price, no market-loss deduction applies. This mirrors how we would have to re-sell the returned metal at the current market.

Conditions for any return.

• A Return Authorization number is required before shipping anything back. Returns sent without one may be refused.
• Items must be unopened and in original, undamaged condition with all packaging, capsules, and assay cards.
• Return shipping is arranged per our instructions; the item remains your responsibility and must be insured until we receive it.
• Once inspected and verified authentic, refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

Non-returnable. Graded/certified items, fractional and specialty pieces, and any item showing signs of tampering or handling may not be eligible. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions.

Cancellations. An order may be cancelled only before it has shipped, and cancellations are subject to the same market-loss adjustment described above, because your price was locked at the time of purchase.
